We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also include the receipt or order number.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if it’s damaged or defective. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and starting a return for the original item. This ensures you get what you want quickly.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost, but you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
