Shipping policy

University Embroidery commits to ship all orders within 5-7 business days of placement. All U.S. orders are trackable via USPS. Cost of shipping is standard for all locations in the US, $4.99. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping.

Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and not guaranteed.

UNIVERSITY EMBROIDERY proudly ships directly from our headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin. This is possible because each of our garments is handcrafted locally.

Currently, UNIVERSITY EMBOIDERY ships exclusively within the United States. We are excited to announce that international shipping options will be available soon.

All orders are currently shipped using USPS. We are looking into expanding our courier options in the future!

UNIVERSITY EMBROIDERY is not liable for lost, damaged, or misdelivered orders. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to assist you in locating your package or filing a claim.

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been shipped. We are looking to add package redirects as a feature in the future.
